Do you need a team with at least two developers, for one project or permanently? As an addition to your onsite team or as your complete remote developer resource?

Within 4 weeks we will find several suitable candidates for you. All of them have been thoroughly tested according to our standardized 4-step selection process. We document all selection steps. On this basis you can make your decision.

This way we ensure that you get the best developers. Our goal is the communicative software engineer. That means very good mastery of technical skills, own ideas and suggestions, open communication, the ability to criticize and self-criticism.

As soon as you have decided on the team members, we will either hire them as freelancers through us. Or: If you need their services for at least one year, we will employ them for you. For higher commitment and an optimal price.

Your contractual partner will be our German parent company.
